Living With Liver Disease Program

A free monthly program for:

·        People living with liver disease, including hepatitis and fatty liver 

·        Family members and friends of someone who has liver disease

·        Health care providers and community workers 

·        And anyone else who would like to learn more about liver health!

This information program is not a self-help group, but it does provide indirect emotional and social support through participants’ interaction with others in the same situation.

Nutrition & the Liver - A Practical Perspective

Learn the Do's and Don'ts of Nutrition and your liver with a focus on Fatty Liver Disease
To register, contact your local office.

Learn how to translate the complex science behind nutrition and the liver into healthy
and practical food choices. This session will help you assess your food choices
and provide practical answers to many of your nutrition and diet questions.

1480 Heron Road   (just  east of Alta Vista Drive)

Parking available on-site or across the street at the school. Public transportation - Bus #8.
