Peer Support Groups are currently being offered in Calgary and Edmonton communities. These meetings are open to patients, caregivers, and the family and friends of those touched by liver disease. We talk about feelings, challenges, nutrition, treatments, and more, and bring in health experts from time to time. Meetings take place approximately every eight weeks. Join us for our 2026 LIVERight Gala in Calgary, Alberta! Our LIVERight Gala is an annual signature event that raises funds for liver research and education. The commemorative theme continues to focus on our accomplishments that are made possible by the contributions from the Philanthropic Sector, Medical Professionals, Patients and Volunteers. This year, we are honouring Dr. Greg Powell and patient Ed Terrill for their contributions to the liver community. For more details about this year’s gala, visit our events page.
