Join us for our second Promenade Nocturne, a unique and very special event in Montreal. This new event is part of CLF’s STROLL for LIVER national fundraising event.
“Promenade Nocturne pour le foie uncovering the shadows of liver disease” – a special night walk just before dusk. The objective is to raise much-needed funds and awareness of the silence of liver disease and how we are shedding light on it in Montreal.
The walk will be a magical event, lit by handmade recycled lanterns, held by participants walking along the path. A few stops will be made along the way for “memorial moments” to hear a story about someone suffering with liver disease or someone who has lost the battle to liver disease.
When you join any of our STROLL for LIVER events this summer, we will be supporting YOUR reason to walk/run/stroll. Submit a photo* before the event so that together, we may remember those we have lost, celebrate those who have survived, and connect with those who have stepped along the same path as us.
Location: Boardwalk in Ste Anne de Bellevue.
Date: Saturday, June 22nd.
Time: Check in 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Walk 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM (walk to start just before dusk for a 60 minute walk).
Features:
Already registered? Print a pledge form and don’t forget to bring it with you everywhere you go. Can’t make the stroll? You can still support the event by making a donation from your desktop or mobile device.
